Using Day to Day Discount Center Website:
The following terms and conditions are specific to the users of the website. Please read the terms and conditions carefully.
Day to Day Discount Center is under the trading name of Abdulnabi Ghuloom Shanbeh. Our registration CR is 043242-04 and our shop address is in Jannusan, Building no. 1602 Road 85 Block 502. In addition to, our Vat number is 220000402600002
Information:
Your personal details are required in order to place an order. Your real name, mobile number, e-mail address and any other required information as indicated. Moreover, you are required to choose a payment method with details that you present are valid and confirmed that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. The delivery address must be in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We are committed to process and handle your personal information with security and accuracy.
Orders:
By placing an order, it means that you agree to the terms and conditions and we will try our best to make sure that every item in our website is accurate including description, picture and price. Day to Day Discount Center does not promise you that the functional aspects of this website will be error free.
We have the full right to cancel or make changes to an order that was placed on an item with an incorrect price. If your order included an item with a wrong price, we will directly contact you via email or phone number about this issue. If you have paid the full amount, we shall refund the amount of the item or replace it with any other item.
Colors:
When browsing our site, photos are for illustrative purposes only. We have tried our best to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible but computer or mobile screens may vary accordingly.
Availability:
All orders are subjected to availability and acceptance. Please note that the products added in your cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers.
Security:
We do all that is in our power to provide a safe and secure website for our customers to have a good shopping experience. Therefore, all payments made in this website is using Benefit Pay.
Day to Day Discount Center does not promise that this website is free from viruses as all internet websites are susceptible to data corruption, interception and unauthorized amendment.
Eligibility to order:
Day to Day Discount Center website is only for individuals who are 18 years or older and others who meet the legal requirements of eligibility, who have been issued with a valid credit/debit card.
Placing your order:
Once you have chosen the items and added them to the cart and proceeded to the checkout, you will receive an order acknowledgement email stating the details of your order including the total cost, VAT and the reference number of the order.
Payment:
Payment through the website can be made via Benefit Pay or cash on delivery. In case of any item is out of stock or not available, an option will be given to the customer whether to replace the item or a full refund will be provided if paid by benefit pay and it will take 5-7 business days.
Pricing:
The pricing of the items is VAT inclusive and in Bahraini Dinar. Moreover, the prices shown do not include the delivery or service fees.
Special Promotions:
Not all special promotions that are available in-store will be available on the website and vice-versa. We have the full right to adjust the prices of items, products and special offers at our sole direction.
Delivery & Assembly Delivery Details:
There are 2 types of delivery available on our website. Standard delivery will be within 2-3 days and has a total charge of BHD 1.500. The express delivery will be within the same day and has a total charge of BHD 2.000, delivery will be made by Day to Day and not a third party.
Pickup Orders:
The pickup orders will be available for collection within 24 hours and a notification will be sent to the customer once the order is ready.
Delivery Restrictions:
Some of our items like furniture goods come in shapes and sizes, please make sure that you check the size of the item before ordering as it will not be cancelled or refunded. Before the delivery, please make sure that you free up the space in which you want to place the delivered item. Moreover, remove fragile objects from the way such as lights, vases and pictures.
We have the full right to not accept any delivery to your address if the location deemed unsafe or impractical for us to do so at our sole direction. If our delivery team considers that the delivery to your location may cause damage to the products or the vehicle, they will contact you and record a concern on the delivery document. However, you can still accept the delivery, but we will not be responsible for any damage caused to the products.
Our delivery team are not permitted to remove doors, doorframes and windows etc. to complete the delivery. You must be responsible to arrange this before the delivery of any furniture item.
Important information:
When you place an order for delivery, we will ask you for certain information that will be recorded on the delivery document such as your name, address, email and mobile number etc. Therefore, if false information is provided, we have the full right to cancel your order. You must be responsible to ensure that you are available to accept the delivery as our team members are not allowed to leave any product without the signature of the customer.
On delivery, our team members will also examine and check the products whether it is correct or not. If there are any issues, you should record on the delivery document and missing products will be re-ordered for you and damaged or faulty products will be replaced with free delivery. For instance, you have a maximum of 3 days to contact us for faulty or missing items. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery and we have the full right to take back the delivered items and refund you only for the product amount excluding the delivery charges.
Right to return or exchange:
In case you are unsatisfied with the product you ordered, you may return or exchange the products you ordered within two weeks from the date of delivery. Please note that the delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been delivered. The product will only be returned to our store if it is the original packaging, unused with all its parts or accessories and the original receipt.
